Policies

Your package will be mailed within 2 days of payment, excluding Sundays and holidays.  I will notify you of any known delays. Your item will be securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

ACCURATE SHIPPING ADDRESS: Please ensure that your shipping street address is correct. Please, do NOT list a PO Box as a ship-to-address; many items cannot be delivered to a PO Box.

USA: Your item will be mailed via USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation so you can track your package.

INTERNATIONAL: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and can take 1-4 weeks depending on numerous factors. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc.  are the sole responsibility of you.  Please note that returns will NOT be accepted due to customs fees.

SPECIAL SHIPPING REQUESTS: Please contact me if you have any special shipping requests.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited shipping methods are available for additional fees. If you want to upgrade to Priority or Express Mail, please contact me. I will send you an invoice for the additional cost.

DIGITALLY DELIVERED ITEMS: Shipping is FREE for digitally delivered items. If you would like machine embroidery designs downloaded on a CD and mailed to you, please contact me. An additional $8.00 fee for the CD and shipping and handling will be added.

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to me.  If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the item.  You may be entitled to a refund, credit, or exchange.

DIGITALLY DELIVERED ITEMS: Unfortunately, there are NO refunds or exchanges on digitally delivered items (i.e. downloaded embroidery designs).  If the item is defective at the time of download, please contact me and the same item will be resent.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  Returns will NOT be accepted due to customs fees.

I try my best to photograph my items to show their true color, but sometimes that is difficult. If you have any questions or are unsure of a particular item's color, please contact me prior to purchasing. I will be happy to answer your questions or send additional pictures to help you with your decision.

Under Copyright Law you may NOT:

• Make copies of the digital embroidery design to either sell or give away
• Post a copy of the digital embroidery design on the internet for others to use
• Modify the digital embroidery design and sell it as your own

Under Copyright Law you MAY:

• Make a copy of the digital embroidery design for your personal use
• Make more than one end product for personal use or for sale using the digital embroidery design; however, I ask that you graciously give me credit and note (via a tag or other means) the "Design was created by Cat Paw Designs" on any items you create using my designs.
